We are an italian family based in UK since 2019.
Traveling has always been our passion and having children didn’t change that, in fact if anything it probably increased our desire to discover the world even more!
We started as a couple with just a tent, then we moved on various 4×4 with a roof tent and after having our first baby (Elisa) we bought our first motorhome, with which we traveled all the way from Italy to Sweden during a summer holiday.
After we moved to England we restart traveling with a converted VW T4, an old Sprite caravan and finally a 2010 Ford Transit which we converted ourselves.
With the birth of Mia in March 2023 we decided was time for us to upsize our van and…here we are now, with our 1992 Swift Kontiki motorhome and a huge desire to live and travel full time in it!
Sharing our roadtrips and memories is not the only purpose of this blog though, in fact both Dani and Elisa have type 1 diabetes and this condition affects every moment of our lives.
So we decided to share not only our journeys but also awareness about diabetes, hopefully inspiring other family in our condition to not give up: yes diabetes is tough but we are tougher!
